Reporter (with photography skills)
for an International iPad Magazine
Company Description: Innovation Industries is an innovative media company on the cutting edge of science, industry and venture capital operates. Besides spinning out (media) technology off companies and knowledge institutes Innovation Industries has a Proof of Concept Centre where they start-up and coach companies.
Purpose of the internship: The purpose of the internship is helping the editing staff filling the iPad magazine with content.
Trainee Activities: As new media reporter you will be making interviews and reports for an ambitious international iPad Magazine. Besides the work on the iPad Magazine you will also be involved in the creative process of developing the ‘spin outs’. That means working on projects in the Proof of Concept Center. Such as writing press releases, newsletters, website texts etc. In this way you will be working with interesting entrepreneurs who are innovative and ambitious.
Profile of student:
- Graduate student – Journalism / Communications (3rd or 4th year)
- Innovative and commercially oriented
- Proficient with standard office programs
- Good portrait photography (not a requirement but a preference)
- Affinity with ICT / Media
- Excellent in English
Start: as soon as possible
Working hours: preferable full time
Location: Almere
Compensation: in line with the market
